Job summary

Allocation Assist is seeking an experienced Western-trained Consultant IVF to provide specialized fertility and reproductive medicine services in Dubai. The role includes comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients undergoing fertility treatment.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent degree.
• Specialist/Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Reproductive Medicine, or Fertility Medicine.
• Fellowship or advanced training in IVF/ART.
• Western Board certification or Western-trained qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage infertility and reproductive health concerns.
• Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on history and investigations.
• Perform and oversee IVF/ART procedures.
• Manage ovulation induction, ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer.
• Monitor cycles with ultrasound and hormonal assessments.
• Provide pre-treatment counselling and explain options, risks, and outcomes.
• Manage complex infertility cases and complications.
• Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and other fertility specialists.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support patients with a patient-centered approach.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Western-trained Consultant IVF to provide specialized fertility and reproductive medicine services, including comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients undergoing fertility treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with infertility and reproductive health concerns.
• Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on patient history, investigations, and clinical findings.
• Perform and oversee IVF and other assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures.
• Manage ovulation induction, ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and related fertility procedures.
• Monitor patients throughout fertility treatment cycles using ultrasound and hormonal assessments.
• Provide pre-treatment counselling and explain treatment options, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
• Manage complex infertility cases and treatment complications.
• Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and other multidisciplinary fertility specialists.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with applicable medical and regulatory standards.
• Support patients throughout the fertility journey with a patient-centered approach.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
• Specialist/Consultant qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Reproductive Medicine, or Fertility Medicine.
• Fellowship or advanced training in IVF/Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).
• Western Board certification or Western-trained specialist qualification preferred.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice as a Consultant in Dubai.
• Proven experience in IVF and fertility treatment.
• Strong knowledge of reproductive endocrinology and assisted reproductive technologies.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and patient-management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Western clinical training or consultant-level experience in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Western Europe.
• Experience with complex IVF cases and recurrent implantation failure.
• Expertise in fertility preservation and reproductive endocrinology.
• Experience with donor programs, where applicable.
• Strong clinical outcomes and evidence-based fertility practice.
