Job summary

Allocation Assist is seeking a Western-trained Consultant IVF in the United Arab Emirates to provide specialized fertility and reproductive medicine services. The role includes assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients undergoing fertility treatment.

Responsibilities include performing and overseeing IVF/ART procedures, inducing ovulation, embryo transfer, and cycle monitoring with ultrasound and hormones, along with comprehensive pre-treatment counselling and secure record-keeping

Qualifications

• Medical degree MBBS/MD or equivalent.
• Specialist/Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Reproductive Medicine, or Fertility Medicine.
• Fellowship or advanced training in IVF/ART.
• Western Board certification or specialist training in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Western Europe preferred.
• Valid DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility to practice as a Consultant.
• Proven consultant-level experience in IVF and fertility treatment.
• Strong knowledge of reproductive endocrinology and ART.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and patient-management skills.

• Provide pre-treatment counselling and explain treatment options, risks, benefits, and outcomes.
• Manage complex infertility cases and treatment complications.
• Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary fertility specialists.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with UAE medical standards.
