Job summary

We Staffed HR is seeking an experienced Consultant – Internal Medicine in Dubai to provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients and lead a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The role requires a medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent), active professional registration, and strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients.
• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations, physical examinations, and clinical assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and current medical guidelines.
• Manage complex and multi-system medical conditions and coordinate appropriate specialist referrals.
• Request and interpret laboratory investigations, imaging, ECGs, and other diagnostic tests.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when clinically indicated.
• Provide appropriate preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with DHA regulations, facility policies, and professional standards.
