Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a board-certified ENT Consultant for a leading hospital in Dubai. The role covers both surgical and non-surgical ENT care with multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered outcomes.

You will diagnose and treat diverse ENT conditions, perform advanced procedures, interpret tests, and contribute to audits and protocol development. DHA license required; minimum 5 years post-specialization; relocation and visa sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Otolaryngology with active licensure.
• DHA license or eligibility required.
• Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary/academic hospital.
• Proven expertise in adult and pediatric ENT cases.
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat wide range ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head & neck tumors.
• Perform advanced ENT procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, FESS, microscopic ear surgery, laryngoscopy, head & neck reconstructive surgery.
• Interpret diagnostic tests including CT/MRI scans, audiograms, and endoscopic evaluations.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for integrated care.
• Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient management with evidence-based practice.
• Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and contribute to departmental protocol development.
