Mubadala Health Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant Endocrinologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role focuses on adult endocrine consultations, chronic disease management, and collaboration with diabetology, nutrition, and other specialists in an ambulatory setting.

The ideal candidate holds a medical degree with a recognized Endocrinology qualification, 3–5 years post-qualification experience, and DOH licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized specialty qualification in Endocrinology.
• 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience in endocrinology or internal medicine with endocrine focus.
• Strong clinical expertise in managing chronic endocrine conditions in outpatient settings.
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and teamwork skills.
• DOH Specialist Endocrinologist licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endocrine consultations and follow-up care for adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal disease, pituitary conditions, and hormonal imbalances.
• Support chronic disease management through evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with diabetologists, educators, dietitians, and other specialists to ensure integrated care.
• Participate in on‑call duties or clinical rotations as required by the center.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement activities.
