Job Role

As a Consultant Emergency Medicine, you will play a vital role in the provision of high-quality emergency medical care to patients in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating acute and life‑threatening conditions, providing timely and effective interventions, and coordinating with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, examinations, and diagnoses of patients presenting to the emergency department
• Implement effective and timely treatment plans to stabilize patients and prevent further deterioration
• Communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Oversee and supervise junior medical staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
• Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development to maintain the highest standards of care

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine from a recognized authority
• Candidates must possess UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or an equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of post‑graduate experience in Emergency Medicine
• Previous experience in the Middle East is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
