The ideal candidate is board-certified with at least 5 years of consultant-level experience, skilled in trauma resuscitation and acute emergency care,

Qualifications

• Board-certified Emergency Medicine consultant with at least 5 years of experience.
• Expertise in trauma resuscitation and acute emergency care.
• Eligible for DOH Consultant License.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients presenting with acute medical and surgical emergencies
• Lead trauma resuscitations and critical care interventions
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of emergency conditions
• Provide rapid clinical decision-making in high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Supervise and support junior medical staff where required
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in line with UAE healthcare regulations
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Deliver evidence-based emergency care following international best practices
