Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks an experienced Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires dedicated fellowship or advanced training in Cleft Lip & Palate and Craniofacial Surgery and substantial experience managing cleft patients within a multidisciplinary service.

The successful candidate will provide consultant-level assessment, perform cleft lip/palate repairs and related procedures, collaborate with Plastic Surgery, Pediatric

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized medical school.
• Postgraduate training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Board certification/specialist in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Fellowship/advanced training in Cleft Lip & Palate / Craniofacial Surgery.
• DoH Abu Dhabi consultant license/eligibility.
• Significant post-specialist experience as a consultant in OMFS.
• Experience managing cleft lip/palate patients.
• Experience in multidisciplinary cleft/craniofacial teams.
• Pediatric and adolescent cleft care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment and surgical management of cleft lip and palate patients.
• Perform and manage cleft lip and palate repairs and related procedures.
• Develop individualized surgical plans and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with Plastic Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, ENT, Orthodontics, and other specialties.
• Contribute to teaching, research, audits and service development.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
