Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans involving psychotherapy, medication management, and long‑term psychiatric support where clinically appropriate.
• Provide continuous follow‑up care and monitor patient progress, treatment response, and family engagement.
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, pediatricians, therapists, nurses, speech specialists, and school counselors for integrated patient care.
• Support families with counseling, education, and treatment guidance in both Arabic and English where required.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with DHA regulations and hospital governance standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and best clinical practices across all psychiatric services.
