• Medical degree with a recognized specialization in Cardiac Surgery / Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Valid DHA, DoH, or MOHAP license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain UAE licensure
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience
• Strong experience in cardiac and cardiothoracic surgical procedures
• Experience managing complex cardiac surgical cases
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient-management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Consultant-level candidates with Tier 1 qualifications such as CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, Irish Board, or equivalent are highly preferred
