Job summary

We are seeking a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon for a prestigious UAE hospital. The role involves leading pediatric surgical care in a high-quality facility with advanced technology and a multidisciplinary team.

DHA/DoH/MOHAP licensure or eligibility is required, with 3–5 years post-specialization experience preferred. Candidates should have strong clinical decision-making, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with pediatricians, anesthetists, and intensivists.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a recognized specialization in Pediatric Surgery.
• Eligibility/eligibility to obtain UAE licensure (DHA/DoH/MOHAP).
• CCT/CCST or equivalent are highly preferred.

A well-established and prestigious hospital in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatric Surgeon to join its pediatric surgical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Consultant to work in a high-quality hospital environment with modern facilities, advanced surgical technology, and a multidisciplinary pediatric care team.

• Medical degree with a recognized specialization in Pediatric Surgery
• Valid DHA, DoH, or MOHAP license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain UAE licensure
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience
• Strong experience in pediatric surgical procedures, including elective and emergency cases
• Experience managing complex pediatric surgical conditions
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with pediatricians, anesthetists, intensivists, and other specialists
• Tier 1 Consultant qualifications such as CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, Irish Board, or equivalent are highly preferred
• Experience in a tertiary-care or JCI-accredited hospital is an advantage
