The ideal candidate holds a medical degree with pediatric surgery specialization, UAE licensure eligibility, 3–5 years post-specialization experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a recognized specialization in Pediatric Surgery.
• License/eligibility to practice in UAE (DHA/DoH/MOHAP) or eligibility.
• 3–5 years post-specialization experience.
• Experience in pediatric surgical procedures including elective and emergency cases.
• Experience managing complex pediatric conditions.
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with pediatricians, anesthetists, intensivists, and other specialists.
• Tier 1 consultant qualifications (CCT/CCST, American/Canadian/Irish Board) preferred.
• Experience in a tertiary-care or JCI-accredited hospital is an advantage.

• Medical degree with a recognized specialization in Pediatric Surgery
• Valid DHA, DoH, or MOHAP license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain UAE licensure
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience
• Strong experience in pediatric surgical procedures, including elective and emergency cases
• Experience managing complex pediatric surgical conditions
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with pediatricians, anesthetists, intensivists, and other specialists
• Tier 1 Consultant qualifications such as CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, Irish Board, or equivalent are highly preferred
• Experience in a tertiary-care or JCI-accredited hospital is an advantage
