Job summary

We Care Group in Dubai seeks a Consultant Breast Surgeon for a full-time, on-site role. The specialist will provide comprehensive breast care, including clinical assessment, diagnosis and management of benign and malignant conditions.

The role includes outpatient clinics and surgical procedures in a busy Dubai setting. The successful candidate will collaborate with radiology, pathology and oncology teams, develop individualized treatment plans, counsel patients and families, and participate in

Qualifications

• Board certification or equivalent specialist qualification in General Surgery with fellowship or advanced training in Breast Surgery.
• Proven clinical expertise in breast disease management including diagnostic evaluation, breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, and related reconstructive procedures.
• Strong skills in multidisciplinary care with radiology, pathology, oncology, nursing and allied health professionals.
• Demonstrated ability in patient-centered communication and shared decision-making.
