Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or site administration, preferably in construction/contracting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, attendance systems, and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor daily attendance of site personnel and subcontractors.
• Verify timesheets, biometric records, gate passes, and daily manpower reports.
• Track overtime, shift schedules, absences, and leave requests.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower attendance reports.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to validate attendance and labor allocation.
• Ensure accurate hours recorded for payroll processing.
• Maintain attendance databases for employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor labor productivity and workforce deployment.
• Reconcile attendance with payroll and HR departments.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and project contractual requirements.
• Generate reports on absenteeism, overtime costs, and workforce statistics.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll information.
• Support project audits and client inspections by providing required manpower documentation.
