Job summary

Matchworkers International, a recruitment and immigration consultancy with 26 years of experience delivering workforce solutions to clients across European markets, seeks a Recruitment Sales Consultant with construction sector expertise and a sales mindset in the United Arab Emirates.

You will own the front end of our construction hiring, calling candidates, inviting them to our office, and running screening and selection for construction companies and large projects across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in construction recruitment, manpower supply, staffing or agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Call candidates, screen, and shortlist CVs against employer specifications and invite suitable candidates to our office.
• Conduct telephonic, virtual and face-to-face interviews for construction positions
• Assess candidates technical competency across civil, structural, MEP, site management and skilled trades
• Verify qualifications, certifications and project experience
• Evaluate communication skills, safety awareness and overall suitability
• Run competency-based and behavioral interviews
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports with clear recommendations
• Support sales by understanding client manpower needs and converting them into requirements
• Coordinate with sourcing partners and regional sub-agents
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
• Deliver against recruitment targets and deadlines
