The candidate should have at least 5 years of UAE experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and strong leadership abilities. English fluency is essential, with Malayalam proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Own visa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
