Job summary

Work in USA is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for our Dibba-El-Fujairah office. You will lead project plans, schedules, budgets, and coordination of resources to ensure timely delivery in the construction/engineering sector.

The candidate should hold a university degree in Engineering or Project Management, have 5+ years’ PM experience, demonstrate strong leadership and communication, and be able to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering/Project Management or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience as a project manager in the construction/engineering industry.
• Experience managing projects of similar complexity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership skills to manage a team.
• Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, strategies, and procedures as well as overseeing their implementation.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the project including coordinating resources, materials, equipment, supplies etc.
• Monitoring progress against timelines and making adjustments to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Establishing effective communication channels with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, subcontractors etc., ensuring everyone is informed about the progress of the project at all times.
• Identifying potential risks or areas of improvement in existing processes or systems and developing solutions to address them promptly.
• Ensuring safety protocols are adhered to throughout the course of the project execution process by all members involved in it
