Job summary

IRTH Group is seeking a Project Manager to ensure successful execution and delivery of IRTH Contracting projects. You will organise resources, coordinate construction activities, manage subcontractors and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with HSSE and QA/QC adherence.

As the primary liaison between the execution team and central Functions, you will drive planning, cost control, procurement and design coordination to achieve project milestones and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex construction projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Ability to coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP works.
• Strong planning, budgeting and progress reporting skills.
• Knowledge of HSSE, QA/QC and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution from mobilisation through completion.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications and programmes with teams.
• Manage subcontractors and site resources to meet milestones.
• Develop baseline programme and look-ahead plans with Planning.
• Monitor cost, procurement and budgets; stay within approvals.
• Prepare records for delay analysis, notices and extensions.
