Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field recommended.
• Proven experience in construction management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and processes.
• Excellent English communication skills; reading blueprints and drawings required.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee budgeting and cost management for the project.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Review construction plans and specifications for issues.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits and address issues.
• Communicate with team to ensure resources are available.
• Facilitate meetings between stakeholders to discuss updates and resolve conflicts.
