Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in Ajman. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include creating project timelines, managing budgets, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, hiring and supervising subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Ajman. This position is open to Pakistani or African candidates who are fluent in English and have a strong track record of successfully managing construction projects.
