Job summary

GulfDesign UAE is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Ajman to oversee planning, budgeting and execution of construction projects. The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with codes and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a civil engineering background with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and contract management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to management.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
