Job summary

STRUCTURAL Dubai is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support and coordinate project efforts across our Dubai operations, working closely with field teams and clients. You will assist with pre-planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, material takeoffs, site inspections, and onboarding activities, helping keep projects on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, and maintains STRUCTURAL's safety and quality standards while collaborating

Qualifications

• 5 years of related general construction experience.
• Knowledge of branch resources to select appropriate resources for projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for field team and operations.
• Coordinate pre-planning, setup, crew assignments, change orders, resource management, scheduling and procurement.
• Assist in tracking production rates and material costs; help prepare look-ahead schedules.
• Assist in preparing estimates and bids; conduct site inspections and takeoffs.
• Attend site meetings with clients as needed.
• Maintain day-to-day field activity awareness and progression.
• Assist with employee processing (recruiting, onboarding, etc.).
• Prepare formal letters and other written communications to customers.
