• Develop baseline and detailed project schedules.
• Prepare WBS and project milestones.
• Update Primavera P6/MS Project schedules.
• Track progress against baseline.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules.
• Develop recovery and acceleration plans.
• Perform critical path analysis.
• Monitor manpower and resource utilization.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate planning inputs with all departments.
• Evaluate delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Support tender planning activities.
• Prepare S-curves and cash flow reports.
• Analyze productivity trends.
• Maintain planning documentation.
• Monitor procurement milestones.
• Coordinate fabrication and site schedules.
• Assist in EOT documentation.
• Present planning updates to management.
• Ensure schedule compliance.
