Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline programs, look‑ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Define sequence of project activities, milestones, critical paths, and project deliverables relative to Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Authority Approvals, Snagging, and Handover to meet contractual milestones.
• Establish realistic timelines for interior fit‑out works, including stone joinery, MEP finishes, furnishings, and handover activities in a detailed micro‑level schedule.
• Monitor project progress and track planned versus actual performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Monitor procurement schedules and long‑lead material deliveries.
• Coordinate manpower, material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, procurement teams, and subcontractors for progress updates; highlight concerns with possible solutions for issue resolution.
• Participate in project meetings and provide schedule updates, and prepare and track minutes of meetings.
• Identify schedule risks and constraints impacting project delivery and develop mitigation plans and recovery strategies.
• Conduct impact assessments for design changes, variations, and delays.
• Support extension‑of‑time (EOT) assessments where applicable.
• Maintain records of schedule revisions, delays, and mitigation actions.

Qualifications

• BE Civil Engineering and Construction Management (NICMAR) – Preferable.
• Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Office, Project Planning Tools, Monitoring & Scheduling.
• Experience: 5–8 years.
