Job summary

Designsmith Interior Works LLC in Dubai is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage material flow and site logistics. You will coordinate delivery, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment, and monitor requirements with Procurement and Warehouse teams.

The role requires ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations, maintaining records, and preparing regular logistics reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, receipt, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain site logistics plans with Project Manager and Site Team.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams.
• Schedule and manage vehicle movements, lifting operations, and equipment allocation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and transport providers for timely deliveries.
• Ensure all incoming materials are inspected, recorded, and stored appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, dispatches, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Coordinate waste management and disposal activities in line with procedures.
• Ensure site access, delivery schedules, and traffic management plans are followed.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for management.
