The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least five years of UAE construction management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE Construction Manager experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Hire, train, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
