Job summary

Dhafir Technologies L.L.C. is seeking a Project Manager with a BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering and 10 to 15 years of experience within EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. You will manage a team of at least 200 and oversee multidisciplinary works including mechanical, civil, and electrical activities.

The ideal candidate will attend client and vendor meetings, possess strong coordination skills, and be familiar with P6/planning software for project management.

Job description

BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 15 years of experience in EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector. Should be capable of managing a crew of at least 200 across various disciplines.

Experience in coordinating and successfully executing multidisciplinary works within projects, including mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and commissioning activities.

Should be able to attend client meetings, as well as vendor and manufacturer project meetings.

Familiar with drawings, understanding project scope, allocating work among the team, and conducting internal coordination meetings.

Experience with P6/planning software is an added advantage; should be familiar with creating the WBS, aligning with the project schedule, evaluating manpower and equipment requirements, and ensuring proper follow-up until project completion.
