Job summary

KAD Construction in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Construction Manager to lead road and infrastructure projects on-site. You will oversee site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in construction management, deep knowledge of road works, utilities, and project controls, and strong leadership abilities for cross-functional teams on major Abu Dhabi projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with Abu Dhabi-based projects is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of road construction, infrastructure works, utilities, and site operations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
