Al Madina Agencies & Services LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead mechanical construction activities, manage field installations, and ensure compliance with international codes and standards.

You will oversee subcontractors, monitor RAMS, enforce HSE protocols, and drive project execution from pre-commissioning to closeout, coordinating with clients and regulatory bodies such as ADNOC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management within the Oil and Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction processes and industry best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of HSE standards and quality control procedures.
• Preferred Professional certification in Project Management or Construction Management.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily mechanical construction activities, field installations, and site resources for equipment, skids, tanks, and piping networks.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, Isometrics, P&IDs, specifications, and international codes (e.g., ASME, API, ISO standards).
• Manage sub-contractors, monitor daily productivity, review RAMS, and ensure adherence to contract scope.
• Enforce strict HSE protocols, conduct safety audits, and manage ITPs along with NCRs.
• Track schedule adherence via Primavera P6 or MS Project, report daily/weekly progress to the Project Manager, and help manage cost follow-ups.
• Oversee pre-commissioning, pressure testing, mechanical completion (MC-1 handovers), and final project documentation dossiers.
• Liaise directly with clients, engineering teams, PMC representatives, and local regulatory bodies (e.g., ADNOC approvals).

As a Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing various mechanical construction activities, ensuring compliance with international standards, and managing project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Direct daily mechanical construction activities, field installations, and site resources for equipment, skids, tanks, and piping networks.
• - Review and interpret mechanical drawings, Isometrics, P&IDs, specifications, and international codes (e.g., ASME, API, ISO standards).
• - Manage sub-contractors, monitor daily productivity, review method statements (RAMS), and ensure adherence to contract scope.
• - Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, conduct safety audits, and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) along with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• - Track schedule adherence via tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, report daily/weekly progress to the Project Manager, and help manage cost follow-ups.
• - Oversee pre-commissioning, pressure testing, mechanical completion (e.g., MC-1 handovers), and final project documentation dossiers.
• - Liaise directly with clients, engineering teams, PMC (Project Management Consultant) representatives, and local regulatory bodies (e.g., ADNOC approvals in regional contexts like the UAE).
