Job Description

NAFFCO is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Debt Collector with a strong background in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining strong client relationships. Experience in handling construction contracts and payment structures is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients, primarily in the construction sector, to collect overdue payments and reduce outstanding debt.
• Negotiate and arrange payment terms, settlements, or payment plans in accordance with company policies.
• Work closely with the finance and project teams to verify account details and ensure accurate billing.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific debt collection regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or business is preferred to enhance understanding of financial concepts.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Debt collections.
