Job summary

ADMECHON CONTRACTING LLC in Dubai is seeking a Cost Controller to monitor project budgets, track costs against estimates and report variances with corrective actions. You will manage material usage, control labor costs, review POs and invoices, and support audits while coordinating with project managers, procurement, finance, and HR to ensure accurate cost allocation.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance or related field, CMA/CPA advantageous, strong Excel and ERP skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• CMA, CPA, or cost control certifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in cost control within construction or contracting, preferably in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP or project cost control systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Good written and spoken English; Malayalam & Hindi are an advantage.
• Driving License is Mandatory.

• Track all materials purchased delivered issued and consumed on sites and control wastage and excess usage
• Maintain a register of all machinery and equipment on sites monitoring utilization hire costs fuel and maintenance costs
• Control labor costs by reviewing manpower deployment timesheets overtime and productivity against budget
• Review purchase orders subcontractor invoices and payment certificates for accuracy
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management
• Coordinate with project managers procurement finance and HR to ensure correct cost allocation
• Establish and maintain cost control procedures and documentation
• Support internal and external audits
