Bin Malik Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in UAE construction accounting. You will manage daily transactions, cost tracking for projects, and ensure VAT and corporate tax compliance while supporting financial reporting.

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and FTA filing procedures.
• Experience in construction accounting, project costing, and subcontractor payments.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preference given to candidates with UAE construction/contracting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily accounting activities, including invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and ensure compliance with FTA regulations.
• Handle UAE Corporate Tax calculations, reporting, and filing requirements.
• Monitor project expenses, budgets, and profitability.
• Maintain project-wise cost tracking and financial records.
• Manage subcontractor payments, supplier accounts, and payment certificates.
• Handle retention amounts, advance payments, and project-related financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.
