Job summary

Synaxis Readymix LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a responsible concrete mixer driver to load, transport and discharge ready mix concrete at multiple construction sites. You will operate the mixer, perform safety inspections and maintain delivery quality throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have experience with concrete handling, strong time management, and a valid heavy-vehicle license. On-site work requires adherence to safety standards and company procedures during all deliveries.

Qualifications

• Operate and control heavy vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience as a concrete mixer driver preferred.
• Familiarity with concrete handling and construction site operations is a plus.
• Valid commercial driver license for heavy vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Load and deliver ready mix concrete and related products to construction sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report conditions.
• Operate mixer truck to mix, agitate and discharge concrete per specs.
• Adjust water levels and drum speed to maintain concrete quality during transit.
• Clean mixer drum and truck exterior after deliveries to prevent material buildup.

Job description

Responsible for loading and delivery of ready mix concrete and associated products in a safe and efficient manner to construction job sites. Vehicle maintenance: performs pre trip and post trip vehicle safety inspection and reports vehicle condition at the beginning and end of each shift with completion of inspection reports required daily. Operate the mixer truck to mix, agitate, and discharge concrete as per project specifications. Must follow company policy, procedures and supervisors instructions Adjust water levels and drum speed to maintain the concrete s quality during transit. Excellent defensive driving skills. Ability to maintain and uphold The Good Service Company standard for customer and public relations in performance. Vehicle Operation and Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition. Clean the mixer drum and truck exterior after each delivery to prevent material buildup.
