Job summary

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Services Officer to deliver excellent and consistent service to guests at the Front Office within the Rooms Division. You will develop knowledge of the hotel's facilities, stay up to date with services and VIP requests, and provide personalized recommendations for activities and transportation.

You will assist guests with tickets, reservations, directions, and luggage handling while ensuring privacy and warm welcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in hotel operations.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with fluent Arabic and English.
• Please note that this opportunity is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

Responsibilities
