Qualifications

• A qualified teacher with strong Computing subject expertise.
• Experience teaching Computing at secondary level.
• Able to plan and deliver rigorous online lessons.
• Knowledge of examination specifications and curriculum requirements.
• Ability to mentor and develop other teachers.
• Proficient with technology and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Teach Computing online with high quality.
• Support Head of Department in departmental priorities.
• Provide guidance to other teachers and develop schemes of work.
• Develop curricula, resources and assessment materials.
• Keep up to date with examination specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate tests and examinations.
• Assess student work and maintain accurate records.
• Support professional development of department colleagues.
