Job summary

DAMANA in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Compliance Officer exclusive to Emirati Nationals for a full-time on-site role. You will contribute to developing and enforcing compliance policies and ensure day-to-day adherence to laws and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in compliance, finance, or legal business and a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or Finance. This position focuses on AML/CFT matters and staff awareness training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the Company's compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure day-to-day compliance with internal policies and applicable laws or regulations.
• Report on the effectiveness of licensee AML/CFT controls for senior management review.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop staff awareness and training programs on AML/CFT matters.
• Act as an independent review body to evaluate, investigate, and resolve compliance issues and concerns.
• Participate in updating compliance standards and direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation.
