Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
• Certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CRCM are advantageous.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary compliance contact with the regulator, managing engagement, notifications, reporting, and inspections.
• Lead the AML/CFT framework including customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and suspicious activity reporting.
• Enhance the firm's compliance framework, policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Provide practical compliance advice to front-office teams on corporate banking, trade finance, and lending activities.
• Oversee client onboarding and periodic reviews across institutional and high-risk client segments.
