Job summary

Amazon Now seeks an experienced Regulatory & Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory and technical compliance for its UAE engineering operations. You will lead end-to-end compliance across projects, manage due diligence, permit renewals, and maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation to support scalable infrastructure.

In this role you will interact with authorities, provide strategic guidance, and ensure facilities meet building codes and operational regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience.
• Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials.

• Develop and implement engineering compliance frameworks that align with regional regulatory requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory & Compliance Manager to join the Amazon Now team to ensure technical and regulatory compliance across our engineering operations. This role will be crucial in achieving and maintaining compliance standards while scaling our engineering infrastructure across UAE. In this role, the candidate will lead end-to-end compliance management for Amazon Now operations, overseeing due diligence processes, permit acquisitions, and renewal procedures. The ideal candidate will navigate complex regulatory landscapes and manage compliance uncertainties across all project phases. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with external partners in developing and implementing comprehensive compliance frameworks that ensure Amazon Now facilities meet all building codes and operational regulations.
