Eden Rose, based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), seeks a Legal & Compliance Analyst to balance regulatory compliance with strategic legal support. Reporting to the Compliance Officer and MLRO, the role covers policy development, risk assessments, audits, and training across the organization.

The successful candidate will provide legal advice on contracts, draft and review documents, monitor regulatory changes, and support dispute resolution when needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance and legal advisory roles.
• Master’s degree or additional compliance certification (ICA, ACAMS) is an advantage.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Eden Rose is currently engaged with a financial institution based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) who are seeking a Legal & Compliance Analyst to join their team.

Reporting to the Compliance Officer and MLRO, you will be responsible for ensuring the company operates within the legal and regulatory framework while also providing strategic legal support to the business. This dual-function role requires a professional who can balance both legal advisory and compliance oversight responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance:

The Compliance & Legal Specialist will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s degree or additional compliance certification (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) is an advantage. You will have proven experience in compliance and legal advisory roles (ideally 5+ years), and have a strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements. You will have excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations to business operations.
