Eden Rose in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Compliance Associate to support regulatory and financial crime frameworks in a second line of defence. The role reports to the Head of Compliance and MLRO and requires a balanced mix of regulatory and AML/KYC experience.

You will help implement and monitor FSRA, ADGM and UAE regulations, review onboarding and screening alerts, and assist with investigations. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant professional qualifications are preferred, with 5–8

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, accounting, risk management or related discipline.
• ICA Diploma in Compliance or ACAMS certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in banking, financial services or regulated institutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation and maintenance of the regulatory compliance framework.
• Provide guidance on FSRA/ADGM/UAE regulatory obligations.
• Assist with regulatory impact assessments arising from new or amended regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments from FSRA, ADGM and UAE authorities.
• Maintain regulatory change logs and coordinate required actions.
• Support policy and procedure enhancements in response to regulatory changes.
• Review customer onboarding, periodic reviews and event-driven reviews.
• Review name screening and AML transaction monitoring alerts.
• Assist MLRO with information for suspicious activity investigations.
