Job summary

Weatherford in Abu Dhabi seeks a Field Operator 1- Completions to support execution of completion operations at customer well sites, prioritizing safety and quality. The role involves assisting with preparation, operation, maintenance, and mobilization of completion tools and equipment.

You will work under senior field personnel, provide reliable operational support onshore and offshore, with travel and rotating schedules as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years oilfield services experience advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts including offshore.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, inspection, and operation of completion tools.
• Perform rig-up/rig-down and ensure safety procedures.
• Support completion services and downhole tool handling.
• Maintain equipment; complete field documentation.
