Job summary

YOSH HOSPITALITY LLC OPC is seeking a caregiving professional to support clients in Abu Dhabi with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily tasks. The role involves travel between clients' homes, note-taking, and adherence to care plans within safeguarding guidelines.

The ideal candidate has qualifications in health and social care, prior caregiving experience, good communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in health and social care or equivalent experience.
• Experience in caregiving or support roles, or transferable experience.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and infection control.
• Good verbal and written communication; ability to complete accurate records.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work shifts.
• Proficiency with mobile devices or digital care records desirable.
• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for some roles (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Support clients with mobility needs and safe transfers.
• Assist with medication prompts and administration per care plans.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Support with household tasks and shopping to maintain safety.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe health and wellbeing, report concerns to care manager.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding and infection control.
• Communicate with clients, families, colleagues, and external professionals.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision.
