Job summary

YOSH HOSPITALITY LLC OPC is seeking dedicated care staff to support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, grooming, eating and mobility, in line with care plans and preferences.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and respectful approach to supporting people with differing needs.
• Good communication and listening skills with individuals, families and colleagues.
• Ability to follow care plans, instructions and workplace procedures accurately.
• Strong observation and accurate record-keeping of care provided.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training including safety and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities including personal care, dressing, grooming, eating and mobility as per care plans.
• Promote independence, dignity, privacy and respect in all aspects of care.
• Build positive professional relationships and document changes in health or wellbeing promptly.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and encourage participation in activities.
• Assist with meals and hydration following dietary requirements and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Attend required training and work collaboratively with team, families and other professionals.
