Job summary

CFI Financial Group in Dubai is seeking a Community Manager – Crypto to grow our online communities across Telegram, Discord, and X, while maintaining brand tone and driving engagement.

Based in Dubai, you will work with marketing to support campaigns, organize AMAs, monitor sentiment, and report insights to help shape crypto product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media.
• 3+ years of experience in community management or social media.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and crypto communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate crypto communities across Telegram, Discord, and social media platforms.
• Engage with community members and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor discussions, feedback, and sentiment related to the brand and crypto products.
• Identify and report community insights, trends, and potential reputational risks.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives.
• Organize community activities such as AMA sessions, contests, and live discussions.
• Track community engagement metrics and provide performance insights.
• Ensure communication tone aligns with brand guidelines.
