Job summary

NEXT Ventures, the fintech platform behind FundedNext, seeks a Social Media & Community Manager to own presence across Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit and trading forums. You will craft platform-specific content, schedule and publish with a consistent brand voice, and lead community growth in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience with Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, or trading forums.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and platform analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to moderate communities and enforce guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own FundedNext’s presence across social and community platforms.
• Develop platform-specific content approaches for each audience.
• Moderate communities across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and trading forums.
• Engage audiences through comments, DMs, and discussions; escalate high-risk cases when needed.
• Monitor KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end social and community campaigns.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Own Platform Presence (0 to 1)

• Manage FundedNext’s presence across high-impact social and community platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, trading forums).

Create & Publish Content

• Develop platform-specific content approaches, crafting posts tailored to each audience and culture.
• Schedule and publish content with consistent brand voice and creative direction.

Moderate & Grow Communities

• Lead moderation across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and trading forums.
• Enforce guidelines, manage member behaviour, and maintain safe, positive environments.

Engage & Respond

• Actively interact with audiences via comments, DMs, reactions, and discussions.
• Resolve sensitive interactions with sound judgment, escalating only high-risk cases.

Monitor & Analyse Performance

• Track KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, response time, and active member counts.
• Own the performance narrative and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Lead Campaigns

• Execute social and community campaigns end-to-end, coordinating assets and ensuring timely delivery.

Adopt AI Tools

• Stay current on AI-driven content creation and community management workflows.
• Integrate tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney to enhance efficiency and output quality.

What You Bring

Must Have

• 2–3 years managing social media and/or community platforms independently.
• Strong portfolio of platform ownership, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, or trading forums.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Publer, Emplifi, PostBridge) and platform-native analytics (Meta Business Suite, X Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Discord Insights).
• Demonstrated ability to moderate communities and enforce guidelines.

Strong Plus

• Exposure to fintech, prop trading, or trading communities.
• Certifications such as Meta Social Media Marketing, HubSpot Social Media, or Google Analytics.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney) for content ideation and creation.
