One&Only The Palm, part of Kerzner International, invites applications for a Commis Waiter/Waitress. You will support the service team, prepare the restaurant for service, take and deliver orders, clear and reset tables, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year in a quality hotel or resort, with basic F&B knowledge, a willingness to learn, strong personal presentation, and good English.

Your role includes preparing the restaurant for service, assisting with taking and delivering orders, clearing and resetting tables, and coordinating with the kitchen and service staff. You will help maintain high service standards, ensure guest comfort, and contribute to the overall success of daily operations.

• Ensure the restaurant setup, cleanliness, and equipment arrangement meet resort standards.
• Help create a clean, organized, and professional working environment.
• Support senior team members by completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Always present yourself professionally.
• Stay informed about daily resort updates and events relevant to service.
• Report any breakages or equipment issues to the Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Attend team briefings, meetings, and required training sessions.
• Communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
• Show professionalism, courtesy, and teamwork in all interactions.
• Support energy and water conservation practices.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and follow hygiene standards in all work areas.
