Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a Commis II to join a 5-star kitchen team. The role focuses on preparing dishes for à la carte and buffet services while maintaining recipe standards and consistency.

You will collaborate with the team, contribute ideas to enhance menus, and apply butchery expertise. A culinary education and UAE hospitality experience are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Should have at least 2 years experience in similar role for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Expertise in Butchery is required.
• Should have culinary education background.
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
• Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
