Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis or junior cook in a hotel kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, oversee stations, execution, and inventory checks.
• Inspect all preparations ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation.
• Keep workstations clean and stocked, following safety and sanitation protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
