Qualifications

• Two years of culinary or related work experience.

• Good communication and teamwork; English proficiency.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials
• Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain quality in production and presentation
• Handle and report any accident immediately
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored
• Follow all health and safety protocols in the kitchen; work collaboratively with other team members
