Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and storage practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie and seniors with daily prep and operation of the assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare ingredients: wash, peel, cut, portion, and measure per recipes.
• Support cooking of menu items including snacks, burgers, and main courses.
• Ensure dishes meet approved recipes, portion sizes, quality and presentation.
• Complete mise en place and prep ingredients and equipment before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene, and safety procedures throughout all kitchen activities.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Assist with stock checks, waste reduction, and opening/closing duties.
